He had a knee injury for many years and his goal was to get his knee fit again and to achieve success again after a long plateau in training. After the first 4 months his knee feels better than it has been for years, on top of that he's added 6.1kg lean mass, lowered his body fat percentage from 14.7% to 7.6% and does pull-ups with bodyweight plus 50kg extra weight for 4 repetitions ....
