Otto S. (44) came across the YPSI over a year ago through an acquaintance. After observing us for a while and an acquaintance who was also very enthusiastic about sports had worked with us for a few months with visible success, he decided that his own training should also get an upgrade. Despite his 60-hour job as managing director of a well-known, medium-sized company in the Stuttgart area, he made time for a 40-minute workout three days a week in the morning at around 6:30 a.m. By upgrading his diet, he got much better sleep over the course of the program and the success was noticeable: After the first 3 months of working together, he is now doing squats with 80kg for 6x6 reps, pull-ups with 25kg extra weight for 4 reps and has his body fat percentage he lowered from 14.4% to 7.8%, and added +3.1kg lean mass. At 44, he is in better shape and constitution than most 24-year-olds....
