My first english print book „Advanced Training Tips“ is now available for preorder
The official release will be on October 16th 2017 worldwide.
It is a translated and revised edition of „Dein bestes Training“ which became a Bestseller selling over 15,000 copies in german in the first 1,5 years. The english version has the title „Advanced Training Tips – 150 Tips from Germany’s most successful Strength Coach“ and contains 35 new and modified tips on the topics of training, nutrition and sleep ranging from my easy and simple salt-lime-water tip to a 18 workouts in 6 days squat program.
When it comes to training and athletic performance, small factors can make the difference between success and victory, or failure and defeat. It’s often not the athlete who has trained the most who succeeds, but rather, the one who optimally progresses in training, does not overtrain, gets restful nights of sleep, uses supplements, eats foods that enhance performance, and correctly adapts his or her lifestyle who prevails.
