Thilo S. (41) came to me 3.5 months earlier with the aim of getting really fit. Development to date, body fat percentage from 22.5% to 8.5%. And he's also progressed from 1 pull-up at 3010 tempo to 3 reps with 30 pounds and a 5010 tempo in that time. The next goal is to maintain a high energy level and high quality of sleep, a few kilos more lean mass and a six-pack. More to come....
