After trying a few sports in my youth and sustaining a few injuries from excessive endurance sports, I got into weight training. I was fascinated by the scientific approach to training and nutrition.

I was most interested in the "why?" and the benefits in everyday life.

Books, magazines, DVDs, seminars. I soaked up every piece of information available. To better understand the human body, one of nature's most complex systems. The idea of ​​optimizing and maintaining this system inspires me - as does the opportunity to pass on my knowledge.

It quickly became clear that a holistic approach is a crucial basis for great success.

The motto is: Nutrition and lifestyle ensure health, which is the decisive basis for optimizing and maximizing physical and cognitive performance.

Pragmatism is an important key to success.

That is why all the methods I use are tested for success in theory and practice.

I have released a variety of exceptional before'n'after transformations and mentored athletes from over 20 sports including 13 athletes competing at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia and 3 athletes at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil , have participated.

With the YPSI Trainer B & A license I have certified trainers in over 35 countries on 5 continents and held seminars on training & nutrition in over 28 countries worldwide.

I have also published the books Your Best Training , Ask the Coach , The Perfect Squat , Advanced Training Tips , and Make Yourself Faster, as well as several eBooks .
