Michael J. has been training twice a week at the YPSI for the last 3 months. With independence, constant project pressure and, in particular, two business trips, which are clearly reflected in the numbers, he has made very good progress, reduced his body fat percentage from 15.0% to 8.5% and gained 6.1 kg of lean mass. Another very good example that it doesn't take the perfect circumstances to achieve well above average results....
