Breakfast crackers

Are you looking for an alternative for a high-protein, grain-free breakfast?

Or just a healthy snack that fills you up and is quick?

Then these high-fiber crackers are for you.

That's how it's done:

  • 80g ground flaxseed
  • 50g chia seeds
  • 30g psyllium husks

► Allow to swell in 250ml water for 20 minutes.
Now add the following:

  • 1 level tsp Himalayan salt, oregano and optionally some chilli
  • 2 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 4 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 3 tsp whole flaxseeds
  • 3 teaspoons sesame

→ mix well
→ Distribute evenly on a baking tray
→ 140°C for 1 hour in a preheated oven with convection oven


Great Taste: Enjoy with Irish butter and ham or smoked salmon.
