About the YPSI Creatine Complex

Creatine, also known by the spelling creatine, increases physical performance during high-speed strength training as part of short-term intense physical activity. Creatine is converted into ATP (adenosine triphosphate) in the muscles. ATP is the muscle's source of energy, which enables the muscle to contract in speed and strength. Creatine is one of the most researched supplements. The goal is to increase creatine storage in the cell.

Creatine is not just creatine. The YPSI CreatineComplex contains three different forms of creatine (content per 6g serving):

Creatine Anhydrous (3500mg) - Creatine Anhydrous is a creatine monohydrate and is the natural form of creatine found in the body. It is effective, safe and easily absorbed by the body. Creatine monohydrate contains about 88 percent creatine, while the anhydrous creatine monohydrate contains 100 percent.

Tri-Creatine Citrate (1500mg) - Tri-Creatine Citrate is a chemical compound where creatine and citrate are mixed in a 3:1 ratio. While creatine is tasteless, tri-creatine citrate is characterized by its lemon flavor and improved solubility.

Buffered Creatine Monohydrate (500mg) - Dissolved with a buffer consisting of sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate, this creatine monohydrate forms an alkaline solution with a pH of about 10.
