About the YPSI EPA DHA Omega-3

Omega-3 fatty acids are long-chain, polyunsaturated fatty acids and have received a great deal of scientific and media attention over the last few decades.

In particular, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are two important omega-3 fatty acids that are getting a lot of attention.

Among other things, it has been scientifically proven that EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function from a daily dosage of 250 mg.
